Products & Design

We are constantly working on giving you the best possible products. If you have a suggestion for what we can do to become much better, then please do share your idea with us!

All of our T-shirts are made of heavy cotton and heavy cotton tends to shrink slightly after the first wash. If you want to wear it more loosely, you may consider ordering a size up.
There is a size guide button right above the size options in the product page for your reference. Please reflect the size guide against your true body measurements. Please be careful to select the correct size as exchanges are not allowed for ordering incorrect sizes.

Ordering Process

In the event that the discount code hasn't already been applied automatically to your order, there should be a "Discount code" box showing up during check-out where you can manually type the code in.
If you have forgotten to apply a discount code that was offered to you, and you checked out, you can contact our Support team at info@dogloversgiftstore.com and one of our team will be able to help you.
Some offers expire after a period of time so make sure the code is still valid by the time you order. If all is correct but it still doesn't work, you can contact our Support team at info@dogloversgiftstore.com and submit the discount code as well as a screenshot photo which you think might be helpful for our investigation. Our team will get back to you shortly.
For non-personalized products, you can just add the product to your cart and move to the next step. For personalized ones, you need to fill out all elements to move forward with the order. Please don't forget to click the Preview Your Personalization button to make ensure there are no typos or incorrect choices that were submitted in error. Essential information such as name, email, shipping and billling address must be correctly provided as well. After all is filled in, you can process with the payment. We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX etc.).
Discount codes aren't able to be stacked. If you have already applied a 10% discount for example, then you will not be able to use another coupon for the same order. Only one discount at a time can be applied to a single order.
If an order was placed and processed successfully, you should have received an automated order confirmation via e-mail. Please check your Spam/Junk mailbox again if you do not see any email in your inbox. If you have checked your Spam/Junk mailbox and have still did not received the confirmation e-mail, we recommend that you Contact Us so we may investigate this for you.

Modify Or Cancel An Order

You will have a 12 hour period with which you can cancel an order after an order has been placed.

Please include your order ID and a reason for your cancellation as we’re always looking to improve our service.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team via our Contact Us page. After the 12 hour timeframe has passed, the order is fixed for processing and no information including product or shipping address details can be modified or cancelled.
You will have a 12 hour period with which you can modify an order after an order has been placed.

Please request a change to the product sizing/color or to change artwork/text and provide your order ID with detailed information via our Contact Us page. We will do our upmost to accommodate your request. However, please bear in mind that we cannot change an order once it has entered into the production stage after 12 hours.

After this timeframe, the order is locked for processing and no information including product or shipping address details can be modified or cancelled.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible so that we can do our upmost to request a shipping address change with our fulfillment center. Please send us the detais of your shipping address via our Contact Us page within 12 hours.

Please bear in mind, you can only change the shipping address within 12 hours of placing the order.
The billing address can't be changed once an order has been placed. Please rest assured that so long as the shipping address is correct, the order will be delivered to you.

Delivery & Shipping

The tracking number should be sent to you via email as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. If you don't see new updates in the tracking for the period of 14 days, please feel free to get in touch via our Contact Us page. We will look into the issue further and get back to you as soon as possible.
We connect with many vendors across the U.S., so depending on the locality as well as the vendor's choice, different carriers will be used. For example, if USPS carrier has more facilities and resources in a certain state, then the vendor of that state will choose to use USPS for the fastest and most convenient delivery. So in general, there will be several reasons when deciding which carrier to use and thus, this can't be chosen by the customer.

You can either track your order information with your email and the full name under the order or with the tracking number of the order. Please note that tracking information will only show up once the order has been shipped. If it hadn't been shipped yet, the page will likely be blank. However, rest assured that your order will be on its way soon. If no new updates are shown after 14 days, you can contact our Support Team via our Contact Us page.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. The email will contain your tracking number and a link to where you can follow the shipping progress.
Different lines of products may be fulfilled in different locations so split packages are not uncommon. The tracking links corresponding to each package should be sent to you as soon as the packages are shipped out. However, if the emails indicate that all items have been delivered but certain item(s) are missing, then please feel free to contact us at out Contact Us page and we will look into the matter.

Problems With Orders

All items at Dog Lovers Gift Store are made after customers place orders so we cannot accept returns when the customers suddenly have a change of mind upon receipt. Dog Lovers Gift Store, however, do stand behind our products and will offer reprints if the products are indeed defective, wrong or damaged. All you have to do is send us a message at our Contact Us page and our team will review the claim immediately.
If you have received a defective/damage product, please send us an email with well-focused photos of the shipping label(s) and the product(s) on our Contact Us page and we will review the claim immediately.
If a replacement is confirmed by our support team to be in the making, please rest assured that the production time should be the same as it was with the original item. If it's been a while and you still haven't received the reprint, please send us a message via our Contact Us page.
Preview images may slightly differ from the real products due to file rendering process and the light of your monitor's display, therefore, we ask for your understanding in case of a minimal difference. However, if you think the difference is unacceptable, please don't hesitate to send us a message via our Contact Us page. Please don't forget to submit a photo of the product(s) as well so we can efficienctly review your case.

Product Care Guide

You can find instructions on how to care for your product(s) and how to keep them for longer in the product description listed on each product page. If you think any piece of information is missing or confusing, please feel free to send us a message via out Contact Us page and we will get back to you promptly.
• Please always read the label: The tag on the inside of the shirt will give you instructions on how to properly wash and dry the shirt. We don't recommend that you put the shirts through the dryer, instead, it's better to hang dry your shirts.

• Detergents: Some detergents only work well in hot water so make sure you pick detergents that are specifically designed for cold water and washing T-shirts. Remember to use the right (amount of) detergent as too much will wear out your shirt before its time.

• Washing: Wash the shirts inside out with cold water and with similar colors only using a gentle/delicate cycle. Consider investing in a mesh laundry bag just like how you protect delicate items in a mixed laundry load.

• Ironing: Only iron if it's absolutely necessary. Iron inside-out on the lowest setting. Try to move the iron as quickly as possible and avoid running it over the graphic prints or areas that don’t have any wrinkles.

• Drying: Remove the T-shirt when it is still damp to the touch and hang dry it in a well-ventilated area. Avoid any direct contact with sunlight. The UV rays that it gives off can fade the colors or crack the logo or design.

• No-Nos: Please try to avoid using bleach and do not tumble dry or dry clean.
Hand washing is by far the best way to clean a printed mug. The extreme temperatures of dishwashers have been known to cause imprints to fade or chip away prematurely.

Payments

We understand if you may look up Geecom Stores because this name shows up on your transaction receipt and you are wondering if it has any association with Dog Lovers Gift Store at all. To answer your concerns, Geecom Stores is indeed the company that runs Dog Lovers Gift Store!
Your charge is processed immediately. It may show up initially as an authorization on your account, and then, as it is accepted it will show as a charge on your statement.
Credit Cards: We accept Visa, American Express, and Mastercard, Debit Cards: We accept debit cards featuring the Mastercard or Visa logo. If you’re paying with a pre-paid debit card, you must register them before using them for online purchases. A refund normally takes up to 10 business days to reflect on your bank account from the date it's issued. If it's still well within this time window, we would appreciate it if you wait a bit longer. If it's been a while and you are getting concerned, you may send us a message at our Contact Us page and we will look into the matter.

When you first visit Dog Lovers Gift Store, there will be a pop-up window asking you to sign up for a discount price, please submit your email to keep updated with our on-trend collections and promotions. The form can also be found in the footer area of the site when you scrol to the bottom of the page.
If you find the constant updates from us bothersome, then please hit the Unsubscribe button at the bottom of the latest email you receive from us, you will be led to a window where you will be asked to confirm your request, please hit Unsubscribe again. Meanwhile, we always love to hear more from our customers so let us know if you think we should stop flocking our customers with promotional emails.
